RESTART ITUNES IN WINDOWS COMPUTER

Sometimes, the iTunes freezes at the Startup level and does not open. In that situation, perform a force quit task on the app and then try to re-launch it. All you need to have is the Task Manager.
  1. Press Shift + Ctrl + Esc key combination to open the Task Manager.
  2. Now, click the Processes
  3. Select iTunes from the processes menu and right click on it.
  4. A drop-down menu will open.
  5. Click End task.

RUN THE ITUNES IN COMPATIBILITY MODE

  1. Go to the desktop of the computer.

  5. Choose Windows 8 and click Apply.
  6. Click Ok to confirm changes.

REPAIR ITUNES

  1. Press Windows key + X and click to open the Control Panel.
  2. Go to Program and Features and select iTunes.

LAUNCH ITUNES AS ADMINISTRATOR

Sometimes, software products need to run as administrator to get the access to files and folders in the system. But when the software is not launched with administrator control, the operating system restricts it to prevent the secrecy.
  1. Right-click the iTunes app and open a drop-down menu.
  2. Now, select Run as Administrator.
  3. Now, the system will prompt you with a dialog box.
  4. Click the Yes button and check the problem exists or not.
  5. If the iTunes is working, then you will need to run the program with Administrator control only.

REINSTALLING THE ITUNES
